When can I expect my order?

Danny Vera usually packs orders himself and signs for them. Danny tries to ship once a week, so the shipping time is 1 to 5 business days.

If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, this may cause delays. For quick order processing, we therefore recommend using iDeal or PayPal.

Can Danny Vera add a personal message?

We receive several inquiries daily about whether Danny can add a personal message to orders.

Unfortunately, this is NOT possible. It simply takes too much time for Danny, and it's quite possible that the wrong message ends up on the wrong product.

Would you like a personal message on your product? Then we recommend bringing your product to a Danny Vera theater performance, where he will take time to take photos with everyone afterward and sign or add a personal message to the products.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Danny Vera usually packs orders himself and signs for them. Danny tries to ship once a week, so the delivery time is 1 to 5 business days.

Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM on Danny's vacation or without a signature will be shipped the same business day. Orders are usually delivered the next day by parcel post (PostNL, GLS, or DHL).

Can I track my order?
As soon as we have packed your order and it has been received by PostNL, GLS, or DHL, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can track the package online.

Can I collect my order?
It is not possible to collect your order from us.
However, you can choose to collect your order from a PostNL Service Point in the PostNL app.
