PRIVACY POLICY OF PMD store
About Our Privacy Policy
PMD store values your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need to (improve) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services accessed through it provided by PMD store The effective date of these terms is 29/05/2018. With the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what data we collect about you, what it is used for, and with whom and under what conditions it may be shared with third parties. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect it from misuse, and what rights you have regarding the personal data you provide us.

Webshop Software
LightSpeed
Our webshop is developed with software from Lightspeed. Personal data you provide to us for our services is shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, Lightspeed is obligated to take appropriate security measures. These include SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software; no personal data is collected or stored. Lightspeed reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve services.
Web Hosting
Vimexx
We use web hosting and email services from Vimexx. Vimexx processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services—this is not personal data. Vimexx has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Vimexx is obligated to confidentiality under the agreement.
Email and Mailing Lists
Relodify
We send our email newsletters with Relodify. Relodify will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. Each email sent automatically via our website contains an "unsubscribe" link. You will no longer receive our newsletter if you click it. Your personal data is securely stored by Relodify. Relodify uses cookies and other internet technologies to track whether emails are opened and read. Relodify reserves the right to use your data to further improve their services and to share information with third parties for that purpose.
Vimexx
We use Vimexx for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Vimexx has no access to our inbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment Processors
Mollie
We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address, residence details, and payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to improve their services and, in that context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than permitted by legal deadlines.
PAY
We use the PAY platform to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. PAY processes your name, address, residence details, and payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. PAY has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. PAY reserves the right to use your data to improve their services and, in that context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews through the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide further explanation of your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this data solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties for the purpose of providing its services; we have given WebwinkelKeur permission to do so. All the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
PostNL
When you place an order with us, it is our duty to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and place of residence with PostNL. PostNL uses this data only for the execution of the agreement. In the event PostNL uses subcontractors, PostNL will also share your data with these parties.
DHL
We use the services of DHL for deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and place of residence with DHL. DHL uses this data only for the execution of the agreement. In the event DHL uses subcontractors, DHL will also share your data with these parties.
GLS
We use the services of GLS for deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and place of residence with GLS. GLS uses this data only for the execution of the agreement. In the event GLS uses subcontractors, GLS will also share your data with these parties.
INVOICING AND ACCOUNTING
Exact
For our administration and accounting, we use the services of Exact. We share your name, address, and residence details as well as details regarding your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Exact is bound to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Exact does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
EXTERNAL SALES CHANNELS
Bol.com
We sell (part of) our products through the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your order. We handle your data confidentially and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.
Marktplaats.nl
We sell (part of) our products through the Marktplaats.nl platform. If you place an order via this platform, Marktplaats.nl shares your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your order. We handle your data confidentially and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
General Purpose
We use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share information with us and we use this information to contact you at a later time—other than at your request—we will ask for your explicit consent. Your data is not shared with third parties, except to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality by agreement or legal obligation.
Automatically Collected Data
Data automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. These data (such as your IP address, web browser, and operating system) are not personal data.
Cooperation with Tax and Criminal Investigations
In some cases, PMD store may be required by law to share your data in connection with government tax or criminal investigations. In such a case, we are legally obligated to share your data, but we will resist within the bounds of the law where possible.
Retention Periods
We retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us of this, we will treat it as a request to be forgotten. Due to applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices with your (personal) data, and therefore we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term lasts.
Employees, however, will no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have created in response to your order.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke them.
In principle, we send copies and transcripts of your data only to your already known email address to prevent misuse. If you wish to receive the data at another email address or by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We maintain a record of processed requests. In the case of a request to be forgotten, we will store anonymized data. All copies and transcripts of data are provided in the machine-readable format used within our systems.
You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you suspect that we are using your personal data in an inappropriate manner.
Right of Access
You always have the right to view the data we (have) process(ed) that relates to your person or is traceable to you. You can make such a request to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a copy of all data with an overview of the processors holding this data and indicate the category under which we have stored this data.
Right to Rectification
You always have the right to have data corrected that we process and that pertains to your person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will confirm that the data has been adjusted.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will confirm that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to have your personal data processed by us transferred to another party. You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or transcripts of all the data we have processed about you. In such a case, we may no longer be able to continue our services, as the secure connection of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to Object and Other Rights
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of PMD store If you object, we will immediately cease processing your data while your objection is being handled. If your objection is justified, we will provide you with copies or transcripts of data we process and then permanently stop the processing.
You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in a manner where this right applies. If you believe this is the case, please contact our privacy contact person.
COOKIES
Google Analytics
Our website places cookies from the American company Google, as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be required to provide access to these data under applicable laws. We have not allowed Google to use the analytics information obtained for other Google services.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. However, you will always find the most recent version on this page. If the new privacy policy affects how we process previously collected data about you, we will notify you by email.
